Are you an official Heathrow Airport car park? ▾
No. We are an independent private parking company located near Heathrow. We are not affiliated with any airport authority. "Heathrow" refers to the airport we serve.
What is the difference between Valet and Park & Ride? ▾
With Valet, a driver meets you at your terminal departure zone and takes the car — no transfer needed. With Park & Ride, you drive to our secure compound and a shuttle takes you to the terminal in 5–7 minutes.
Can I cancel my booking? ▾
Yes. Cancel any time before your booking starts via Manage Booking and your refund is returned to your card automatically. No cancellation fees.
How do I pay? ▾
We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken securely at checkout — your price is fixed, no surprises at drop-off.
Which terminals do you serve? ▾
We serve all four Heathrow terminals: T2, T3, T4 and T5. Both Valet and Park & Ride are available for every terminal. Our compound is 5–7 minutes from each one.
